These Terms and Conditions govern the use of StaffDubai (staffdubai.com), operated by Jennefer Rahman, Heusenstammer Weg 69, 63067 Offenbach am Main, Germany. By registering or using StaffDubai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

StaffDubai is a technology platform that connects hospitality and events professionals ("Talent") with employers ("Employers") in Dubai and the wider region. StaffDubai is not a recruitment agency. We do not act as an employer, agent, or intermediary in any employment relationship. All contractual relationships are formed exclusively between Talent and Employers.

To use the platform, you must register with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Employers must register as a company. Talent register as individual professionals. False information may result in immediate account termination.

Employers access the talent pool via a monthly subscription of $499/month (excl. VAT). The subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No payment is required until the talent pool reaches 500 verified professionals. Upon reaching this threshold, employers will be notified by email and invited to subscribe. StaffDubai reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

Registration for Talent is free of charge — permanently. Talent create a profile that is visible to subscribed Employers. Talent are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including qualifications, availability, and experience.

Employers may send direct offers to Talent through the platform. Talent have 24 hours to accept or decline each offer. Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in a strike on the Talent's account. Three strikes may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform. StaffDubai is not responsible for the outcome of any offer, negotiation, or employment relationship.

Users must not: — Provide false or misleading information — Harass, threaten, or abuse other users — Use the platform for any illegal purpose — Attempt to circumvent the platform by conducting transactions outside of it — Scrape, copy, or republish platform content without written permission Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content on StaffDubai — including design, text, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Jennefer Rahman and protected by German copyright law. Users retain ownership of content they submit (profiles, messages) but grant StaffDubai a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

StaffDubai provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of talent profiles, the outcome of any hiring process, or the continuous availability of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffDubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Employers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued. StaffDubai reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Offenbach am Main, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

StaffDubai reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
